   Hi,

   My wordpress site is up and running, but i have got complaints from people who tried to register but did not receive any email with their passwords.

   Is there any particular setting which i have to do as admin for emails or wht can the problem be?
   I am not getting any updated done on the site either.
   Please help.

   It's possible that your server's security settings prevent mail from being sent via PHP's mail() function. Try this plugin:

   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
