    Hi guys!

One of our employees had made a regular form on wordpress for people to register early at one of our biggest events and did not merge it
    under the Authorize.net form...

We are panicking because right now we have no way of accessing their credit cards because it is Xed out by wordpress for obvious reasons. Is there any way at this point to merge it with authorize? Highly need your advice guys! Thank you!

Our website is littlestlamb.org and it was the registration page for the Gala.

    Thanks!
    Marina

WordPress does not censor what you put on your own, self-hosted, site. Perhaps you need to speak to the person who added this form to your site?

The form was a regular form that just had an area for the credit card number.

For example this is would be an entry that was submitted:

    Name:
    John
    Smith

    Address:
    10 Johnny Apple Dr.
    Rye, NY 10580

    Email:
    Johnnysmith@gmail.com

    Credit Card:
    Visa
    XXXXXXXXXXXX3526

http://littlestlamb.org/gala13/ Here is the page with the form

No one was sent emails because it was just a form that was documented in the backend of wordpress. It is just taking everyones information but I didnt find a way to take the credit card numbers, expiration date, and security code because wordpress has them hidden.

What should have happened is that this form had to be linked to authorize.net directly so they will be charged automatically. If we can still do that that would be great! But it looks like (if it is even possible) that we would just have to be granted access to their CC and charge them on Authorize individually.

so they will be charged automatically

You would need to use some form of ecommerce plugin for this. And, no, previous registrations could not be added retroactively.

This is truly embarrassing! Around 100 people will have to be contacted personally for them to give us their credit card information again? We are also at a loss because not all of them will answer immediately because of the inconvenience! Why would there be an option for a credit card entry and to have those little icons for credit cards if they will not be put to use? This is over $17,000. Is there any way we could get their credit card information from wordpress and charge them individually?!

Thank you so much for your help

wordpress.org distributes and documents the WordPress application but has no connection with any site running that software. We do not have of your self-hosted site's information.
