   I tried adding the plugin Registered Only and the install failed. This is the message I received:

   Installing Plugin: Registered Only 2005-05-12-2000
   Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/registered-only.zip.

   Download failed. Could not create Temporary file

   Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

   Never mind...I got it working.
