    Hi,

    I am running a competition to gauge the success of a new product. I want people to carryout the following:

  2. Click on a link on my site to take a poll on the product
    3. Once they've answered they must enter their details, including a barcode number from the product (to prove purchase)

  3. I want to capture their response on my DB so that I can draw the winner to see who wins an ipad

    They must have tried the product to take the poll.

    Any idea what plugin combo I could do to make this simple system work?
