   Looking for detailed instructions on how to sue this plug-in.

   One question:

   Must I send invitation codes to people, or may I (my preference) auto-generate an invitation code to everyone who visits the site and clicks a button?

   You must generate create you own invitation codes and send them manually. There are probably more elaborate systems if you are looking for something more complex.
