   Using Register Plus only allows 3 pages to show up in my page navigation. It's the first 3 in the list. Deactivating it fixes it.

   I've deactivated all other plugins and it still breaks navigation.

   I'm using a StudioPress theme, but that doesn't seem to make much difference, either.
