Register option off for certain IP matches

    I still want registration on but SPAM registrations are coming in 10 times more than legit ones.

    I can’t find a hook that runs just before the wp-login registration link is published. Is there anyway to use a hook or filter before it to see if the user is from a black IP list of sorts?
