   I just want some plugin or some way so that I can provide user registration/login from front end (on a page itself) and after login they can submit their information and resume via form.

   A user logging-in again can see/download the resume, he deposited earlier and can post a new one if he wants. I have tried using contact form 7 to get resume, but they post it on mail and user is unable to see his last submission.
   Plz tell me a way to do so.
