Regd: RoundAbout JQuery Slider [ Urgent help needed]

Hello Guys , I am trying to use this plugin for a slider, on a website http://cig1530.bridgewater.it/

And the thing i want here is on the image post would automatically come up hovering at bottom of image, i want that post to appear seperately, like slide show on left and all the posts on the right , how can i break that post, immediate help would be really appreciated.
