Regarding renaming all occurrences of "quark/Quark"

First off – huge thanks for the theme. It seems like exactly what I needed!

I went through all files in the Quark folder and changed to a new theme name (including capitalized first letter where needed). I changed it everywhere in the code, including renaming file quark.pot.

When i was finished the theme only shows a blank page. Are there any places where “quark” need to remain?

Btw, if it makes any difference: While doing this I also have an untouched copy of Quark installed in WP. Not active though.
