• I purchased the developer $99 plugin addon so I could auto-backup a few sites. I am getting errors on two of them and have used the “support” button a few times. I have yet to receive a response. I tried twitter and got a response to use the “support” button. I tried sending a question to the support email and have yet to receive a response. So, I have now spend well over $99 of my time on this and I want a full refund. I doubt I will get a response to this (or a refund for that matter) but here is my request for the record.
