Refresh or update XML sitemap

    Hi! Thank you for the great plugin. I have a simple question (I think) but I can’t find the answer. When we first launched this site we had a number of “test” pages included. After launch, we deleted those temporary pages but I can’t get them removed from the sitemap: http://www.diamondlawn.com/sitemap.xml
    and they keep coming up in Google searches. How can I fresh the sitemap or rebuild it so those pages no longer show? When you look at the sitemap, most of those deleted pages are dated 2013-12-07 18:09 and prior. Thanks so much for your help!
