refining search to get results for two different keywords

    right now when you search for two different words the results come empty although if you search one keyword alone it works, to clear what I’m saying by examples:

    if you search for mirror alone it bring a result
    if you search for tree alone it bring a result

    but if you searched for both words it doesn’t bring any result even the two keywords are present in one post also, but just not next to each other.

    so is there anything I can do to get all keywords results?
