Refferal system

    Hi
    I have classified ad posting site , which I want to ad referral system . Like if a user “x” ,reffers “y” and the “y” register via x’s referral link then x will have some point . By which “x” can post something .
    is it possible?
    if yes then how ? if there is any plugin for this.
