    At least in twentytwelve but also many other themes, in comment-template.php there is a call to apply_filters( 'comment_form_defaults', .... ); and another to apply_filters( 'comment_form_logged_in', .... );

    The oa-social-login plugin hooks into both of those, and executes oa_social_login_render_login_form() both times, which seems unnecessary, unless I’m missing something (I haven’t looked incredibly closely). Could be optimized.
