Reducing the size of the header pic in 2011

    Hi,

    I have a new blog and have been frustrated by the size of the photo with the twenty eleven theme I am using. It causes users to have to scroll too much and I’d like to shrink it. However, when I play around with the photo size it just stretches and distorts. Is there an easy way to adjust this?
