Support » Plugin: Yoast SEO » Redirects Script Not Working

  • My site is set up as:

    http://blog.pcserenity.com

It’s setup as a subdomain and I see the redirection line showing up as expected there.

I moved from Blogger (year/month/postname) to WP and followed Yoast’s recommendation to kill the dates. I then supplied this to his little utility and it gave me the following:

    RedirectMatch 301 ^/([0-9]{4})/([0-9]{2})/(.*)$ http://blog.pcserenity.com/$3

That looks right (though I’m no expert).

However, all of searches on Google for my popular posts shows the old post URLs (of course) and clicking them takes me to a 404 page on my blog.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
