Redirection plugin broke with a recent update

    I received an email that my WordPress site was automatically updated to 4.0.1. Logged in to make sure everything was fine. It was. Noticed a couple plugins had updates. Did the updates and redirection said it installed fine but its now broken and not working. I don’t see it listed in my plugins. I tried updating it again and I get an error that the directory already exists.

    How do I fix this? I don’t want to loose the all the redirection rules I setup or the stats on how many re-directions.

    Help! site is half working now.
