Redirecting WordPress Blog Page to Subdomain (4 posts)

Is there any way that I can setup a page on my WordPress blog to automatically redirect to one of my other subdomains? I am trying to redirect http://www.garagepunk.com/blog/?page_id=4 to http://www.garagepunk.com/forums but can't figure out how to set it up so that this is done automatically. I already tried creating a redirect at my host's site but it didn't work (since I'm not actually redirecting a domain). Any help appreciated.

    Thanks,

You may want to try the Redirectify plugin from this page:

Thanks! That sounds like exactly what I need. But I'm a bit confused as to what to do next (I just downloaded the php file, uploaded it to the plugin directory, and activated it)... Now what? Are there instructions for this? Where do I actually put the meta tag info for the redirect to occur (and what is that meta tag)? Can you post an example or something to help me out?

    Thanks again,

I don't use it, but based on what I see in the plugin, when writing a post in the Advanced mode you add a Custom Field with the "key" redirect and for the "Value" you put the URI and save/publish the post/Page.
Clicking on its title it will redirect you to the URI specified in the Value field.
