redirecting urls to new permalink structure via .htaccess

Can anybody help me or point me to a solution how I can redirect URLs like

http://www.mrmasterkey.com/studienservice/inhalt/teil-3

to

http://www.mrmasterkey.com/studienservice/?n=inhalt&id=teil-3

I tried

<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^studienservice/([A-Za-z0-9-]+)/([A-Za-z0-9-]+)?$ studienservice/?n=$1&id=$2 [L]
</IfModule>

right at first in .htaccess, but to no avail.

Any help appreciated.
