Redirecting to Installation Page

    Hi All,

    While trying to upload new post to my word press blog it redirect to the installation page.Really not understanding what is the problem. After sometime it again start working. This is happening very frequently and i am not able to figure out the issue. Can anyone suggest me what exactly will be the issue.
