Redirecting to homepage when I click plugin in wp admin

Hi,
The activated plugin in redirecting to website homepage whenever I click it in the left menu bar.
I’m using a directory theme on my site and they don’t support 3rd party plugins. Why am I unable to access the plugin options page in WP admin?
