   I'm having an issue where when I go to /Wp-admin/ it shows this
   wp-login.php?redirect_to=%2Fwp-admin%2Findex.php
   and IE 7 gets stuck in a loop between these two addresses..
   Any ideas?

   Do you have the browser set to accept cookies for the website?
