Redirecting Dead Links on WordPress.com

Hello, I’m having an issue with a dead link. I need to redirect it to an active page. Unfortunately, I am on wordpress.com so I cannot use plugins or access my htaccess file.

I don’t want to change my theme. I just overhauled my blog’s layout and am very happy with it. Is there anything that can be done? I am losing a lot of views over this. It’s a particularly important page.
