Redirect URL for only specified instances?

I apologize if this is the wrong sub forum/already been discussed.

I want only certain instances of a URL to be redirected. For example, my front page has a featured image, title, description and a link for multiple products. I only want the image and title to redirect to an external URL, and the link button to go its normal Blog post. Is this possible? I have been looking at a multitude of URL redirector plugins as well as the post thumbnail URL code for possible solutions. Everything seems to be blanket URL directors, anything to setup different rules for different instances of the URL?
