Hi,
Users cannot create new blogs at all. I did have BP on and a plugin called Supporters. I have removed both of these now as I started to have this problem.
After removing them I still cannot make a blog through the Create New Site area in the dashboard.
Does anyone know how I can remove the redirect and send the people to wp-signup again please?

What I have done is to copy wp-signup.php page to a template.
I then edited the page Register that BP had made, to use the new template.
Members can now signup again.
Still would like to know why it is redirecting though :)

Because you are using BP - which forces the redirect to /register/.
Did you ask in their forums?

No I am not using BP. I deleted it and it stopped working after an upgrade of WordPress.
However, I am using a template now and that is working well.
