drweb3110Hiya I have a latest news page on my blog but it only sometimes has posts active in that category. What I want to do is instead of it displaying a line that says - Sorry there's no latest news at this time

Can I re-direct it to a page that explains how people can send in news if they have any. I'm sure you can but I can't seem to find the code on Google to manage it.
