    Of course, grade descriptions support HTML so just add your link there.

    I tried in the ‘grade description’ but did not display the hyperlink.

    Sorry, no way to know what you are doing. Grade description works perfect for placing hyperlinks.

    Any other codes that might work? I have tried putting the link in the description section but does not even display it on the site??
    The URL is:

    It is a simple test, T & F. If you answer T for all, you will get a passing grade but does not display the link.

    Please advise.

    Have you at all included the grade description in the final screen? I see only title.
