I'm not sure if that's the right terminology, but I'd like not to display "www.mysite.com/index.php?static=blah". I'd rather it read "www.mysite.com/blah" How can I make that happen? Please point me in the right direction. Thanks.

I'd rather it not say "....index.php?static=..." if that's possible.

Not sure how that helps Kelso, but what you could do is add a line to your .htaccess file to do an additional rewrite. The user could then do http://your-url.www/static/title-of-static
and the ywould automaticaly be routed to the right page.

    Here's how I wrote mine:
    RewriteRule ^static/(.*) /index.php?name=$1 [QSA]
It can be used like so:
    http://www.my-url/static/post-name
So far, early tests show it seems to work well.
