Redirect old url to New WordPress Page

    Is there a way for me to automatically redirect old url to the new WordPress Urls.

    Basically, I upgraded my site to WP 3 and migrated my content, but am looking for a way to maintain the old links to my site with the new WP links?

    index.php?lang=en&pid=0000000027#ReadFile
    would now be
    /2010/09/15/launch-open-an-ms-access-database-using-a-vbscript-part-2/

    I have a whole slew of these to do and was wondering if it can be done.
