Redirect New Registered Users

I would like to redirect new users to a specific page after they register.

I know of the following link to redirect after login, but I would like this for after registering.

http://domain.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http://domain.com/new-members/

I have tried this, with no success:

http://domain.com/wp-login.php?action=register?redirect_to=http://domain.com/new-members/

Suggestions? Thanks.
