[resolved] Redirect 'Home' in Twentyeleven subdomain to 'Home' domain (3 posts)

    Hello,

Just configured my first subdomain here:

    http://aphorisms.becomebecome.com/

Would like for the Home button in this subdomain menu just below the header to point to the Home page of the Main domain here:

    http://becomebecome.com/

Basically, I want to create a small network of subdomains where all Home buttons point to the same 'Home' page at the Main domain URL.

    How can I do this?

I created a page called 'aphorisms' at the main website and used the network enabled plugin 'http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/quick-pagepost-redirect-plugin/' to send a user who clicks on that button to the home page of the subdomain http://aphorisms.becomebecome.com/.

I can't seem to be able to create the same redirect for a page called aphorisms created at the subdomain itself. The dashboard accept the update then reloads the same 'edit' page where none of the redirect options have been recorded.
Is this an issue with the http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/quick-pagepost-redirect-plugin/ or can I tinker a little to make it work?

Basically all I want is for the users across all my subdomains (and main domain) to see the same Menu and land at the same pages when they click on menu buttons like Home, aphorisms, or others...

    Thanks for feedback on this!

  2. Editing the menu on the sites is the easiest way. If you're using 2011, go to WP Admin -> Appearance -> Menu and customize the link.
