I've been getting a redirect error every time I write a new post since upgrading to WordPress 3.0 - the error is:
My Blog Title
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output
started at
/home/xxxxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/post-template.php:54)
in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 890
Upload the files from the WordPress zip again, specifically wp-includes.
I got the same problem. I updated to 3.0 using automatic upgrade

I am having this issue when I try to permanently delete or restore a post. Also same error with Media Library when trying to delete a file. I am running on Windows IIS server with php.
Posts do restore or delete once I go back to the admin panel so it is just not redirecting properly. 2.92 was working fine so I'm not sure what changed.
