Redirect Eliminating ADDED characters to the URL

Hi,

I want to redirect a Group of posts or urls that are
http://mysite.com/post-name1/@MYtwitterNAME
to http://mysite.com/post-name1/

Really don’t know why some of my posts appear to add this “@MYtwitterNAME” at the end.

I am having lot of 404 errors.

Please help!
