This plugin worked perfectly fine until I upgraded WordPress to the current version 3.1. Now, when I go to create a new page, there's no other options below there you put in text, where the custom fields used to be. What happened to them?

WordPress 3.1 just hides some panels by default. You can show the ones you want using the Screen Options on the editor pages.
