   What do I need to enter in order to 301 re-direct all pages and posts to a new domain?

   The permalink structure on both sites is the same. So I want all the pages/posts and homepage from site A to go to point to the respective pages on site B (with the same URLs). e.g. wwww.SiteA.com/strategy points to wwww.SiteB.com/strategy. SiteA.com/strategy/files points to SiteB.com/strategy/files

   I am curious about his as well, except permalink structure will be simply the URL and post name.
