Redirect After Submit

I wanted to know if it’s possible to configure the plugin to redirect to a separate confirmation page after submit button is clicked.

It would help because our side uses Google Adwords and the engineers there want to use that confirmation page for tracking purposes, but it must have it’s own, unique URL.
