Redirect a WordPress.com blog to my own domain - or vice versa? (4 posts)

I have a WordPress.com account that links to a page that has nothing on it - http://danfost.wordpress.com/

When I go to comment or sign in on another blog, it has me sign in using my WordPress account, which links to this page.

I have my own domain names that use WordPress - http://www.danfost.com and http://www.giantspastandpresent.com - and I would prefer to link to those. I'd rather no one ever see http://danfost.wordpress.com/

Is there a way to make it so that, if someone does go to http://danfost.wordpress.com/, they instead will see one of my other pages? I don't really care which one.

    Thank you!

I'm sorry but these forums are for self-hosted WordPress sites only. Please try asking your question on http://en.forums.wordpress.com/

OK - I will do that. I am very sorry! I clearly don't even know the difference between self-hosted and otherwise - I thought it was all WordPress.

    Thank you.

A lot of people think that. :) Have a look at http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ It explains the difference between the two
