I would not use that plugin, undo that part, and use this plugin, and tell it to redirect the entire site and not just one page
http://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-https/
Thank you I am trying it right now!!
Hi Andrea, I tried the other plugin but it is still not redirecting. I wish I could post a screenshot to show you what I typed in.
The site needs to be redirect from http://www.IDIFMM.org to https://www.IDIFMM.org
Not sure what I am doing wrong!!
Yeah I deactivated and uninstalled the other plugin but let me make sure!
Ok I followed the installation instructions but it is still not redirecting.
download 301 redirect plugin.
On the left side enter : http://www.IDIFMM.org
on the right side enter : https://www.IDIFMM.org
Still nothing! This sucks that I can’t fix it!
Are you using WooCommerce??
Are you forcing SSL on checkout pages?? You can change this from the settings.
Instead of having your entire site on HTTPS, why not push them over to it on the checkout pages?
That is what I was trying to do right now. Hopefully that will work!
Read about it here
We do this for all our client sites, and it works very well
Ok I think that worked! Now I just have to fix a few unsecured items!
