Reddit like image/video page

before i start, ive tried searching but the few posts similar to what im after are all old and unanswered.

Im on shared hosting and would like to, through a wp pluggin prefferable, make a page on my site where users can post up videos and images and other users can comment on them, upvote and so on just like a reddit page.

The only real solution i found was to install reddit itself but since i lack access to do that on my hosting im kinda lost. Like i said i would prefer a wp pluggin or even a phpbb mod if possible, if not any other options would be great
