   My blog had been working fine. http://connectiblesblog.com. Several times during the past week I have attempted to post a new item and the pictures show as a blank box with a red X. I have read many of the posts on the forum with similar issue, but they were of no help.

   I have used both the flash and browers uploads with the same result. I can see the picture when I go into edit mode within the blog, but the picture (or thumbnail) does not show up in the workspace or when I preview. I can't remember when I upgraded to 2.9.2 and if this could be part of the problem

   I looked on my hosting service and the pictures appear to be in the correct upload area and can be seen fine - (/public_html/Blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/06).

   Any help would be appreaciated, let me know if I need to supply additional information.

   Check your uploads path in Settings/Miscellaneous.

   This is the upload path: /home8/theconn6/public_html/Blog/wp-content/uploads.

   I am a little confused by this, the hosting service seems to have the picture separated by dates. Thanks for the quick response,

   Try just using wp-content/uploads.

   Don't worry about the organisation into date-based folders. That's an option within WordPress and once it's set, it's best to leave it alone.

   Are you saying I should get rid of the first portion of the path (/home8/theconn6/public_html/Blog/) and just use "wp-content/uploads".
