  • It may be possible, if the removing the plugin hasn’t deleted them (that’s possible, but doesn’t happen as often as it really should).

    What you need to do is get into the database and check for any posts that have the psot type that is used by that plugin. I don’t know what that is because I haven’t worked with it beofre but if you search things you’ll find them fairly easily. When you find them you can set the post tyep back to ‘page’ or ‘post’ to make them into standard pages or posts. BUT… Depending on how the plugin has stored the extra information for recipies then you might not have access to that extra data. If not then you’ll have to either re-install the plugin, or go searching through the plugins code to extract the extra bits that you need to access this data.

    What I just did was activate the plugin, pull the recipes and then deactivated it. Should have thought of that earlier but yes, I suspected I would have to go and peruse the DB.
