Help! We lost our webmaster who departed without leaving us key information to go into our websites to do updating. I've tried to reset passwords using our administrative email addresses and nothing seems to be on file. Is there a phone number I can call to establish our identity with you in order to see what's on file, and reset things as needed? I can get into our main website and post articles but I guess there's a layer regarding full admin permissionsn and we don't know how to get there. Believe me, we'll keep these on file going forward, but we do need to get in here ASAP. Thanks so much!

Unfortunately, self-hosted WordPress blogs are entirely self-contained. There's no one to call to reset your password.
