   I accidentally pressed the 'mark as spam' button twice, so now two full pages of comments have been marked as spam rather than one.

   Is there anyway to 'recover' spam comments in 2.6?

   Why not go to the Akismet spam page and mark them as "not spam"?

   Yep, as Otto42 said, you will need to install the Akismet plugin and recover them that way. I've written instructions on how to do it here.
