This is a plugin I made for WordPress 2.3+ that utilizes the built-in tag system for recommending and displaying a list of your current tags. It helps avoid the troubling issue of creating duplicate tag names that are nearly identical, such as “download” and “downloads.”
It also has type-ahead tag completion that shows matching tags as you type their name. Screenshots and features can be seen at the homepage I put together:

Hey thanks for the great plugin.
Having trouble with duplicate tag input fields. When a user goes to Write a Post, they see two boxes to input tags - one right above the submit button (the original input textfield), and one right below the submit button (the Recommended Tags input txtfield)
Is this a problem for anyone else, and if so, is there a solution?

whoop, thanks anyways. Decided to go with Simple Tags, which doesn't use a separate field.
