Recommendations on getting a theme designed

    Hi, I just signed up for a blog and know nothing about html. I would like my theme to be real estate related. Can someone recommend a good, cheap designer to help me? Or are there any good real estate templates I can use?

    Never hurts to look at what’s out there and see if something catches your eye:

    http://themes.wordpress.net/

    Finding something close to your needs would be easier (and cheaper for you!), as one would only need modify an existing theme rather than custom code one from scratch.
