gormikHi! We are working with a foundation where youths can seek money to fulfilling their dreams and be creative in a cultural way (music, theater, sports, etc.). We are now looking for a good solution where the youths can send in their application.
Right now they download a word form and just send it with their attachments to an email address. It doesn't work good, because the form is always messed up and the attachments is sometimes in very strange formats. It is also a problem that we are 6 people that should read the applications, and that the form is emailed only to one address.
So, wishes are: A web form where everything is happening in the browser, where the youths can send their application and only with attachments that are approved by me (mp3, pdf, doc, jpg). When they hit "submit" button, it should not be sent to an email address, but the applications should be readable inside WordPress itself. I understand that some of the attachments must be read by third party programs. Note that i don`t wont to read the applications in an email (as you could do with a lot of form plugins), but in wordpress backend itself.
It should be readable inside WordPress. This because we are 6 people that should have the possibility to always read the application online, due to that we are not working together and are in different cities. It also guarantees that we always read the same documents.
I'm a skilled WordPress user. Maybe there is a plugin that already could do this? Thanks for every tips and proposals!
