   I'm a very linear text sort (retired librarian). Can some one recommend a good book to start with WordPress? Amazon has too much to choose from. I know about the Codex but find that it has a different internal logic from what I would like. Besides, it doesn't seem possible to easily print out a copy of the Codex.
