   Looking for a good plug-in for rating and flagging comments.

   Allow for users to "thumb up" a comment and to "thumb down" a comment.
   -- Allow to sort comments by most popular.
   -- Set a threshold for when a comment gets removed by being flagged.

   I found these two:
