This happened to me, too. I went into the Home page and disabled the “Default Content”. Maybe that will help?
Okay, I figured it out…
In the WP Dashboard, go to: Appearances > Customize > Front Page Displays >
Front Page dropdown: select your “Home” page (a page you’ve created for this content)
Posts Page dropdown: do NOT select any posts
You will now have only the content of your “Home” page displayed.
That solutions doesn’t works for me, I want it to be shown. I had the bottom area disabled, so I enabled, remove the widgets and now seems its working. I guess the problem is that the flexslider needs to go below certain area to work, maybe if I enable the skill area or doing the footer bigger will work as well.
Are you talking about enabling footer widget area? If so, you can do that in ‘footer’ section of Theme Options. Else please explain your issue
The issue was that the recent posts area in the Home page didn’t show even when reach the bottom of the page. I had the footer widget area and the skills area disabled, so as I commented, the flexslider of the recent post didn’t shows anything else than the arrows and a blank area. After deactivating the widget and restoring the area, the flex-slider works again, so I think is something related with the plugin needing to reach lower to active.
Thanks for the tips hoping been made a clear explanation of the issue even when my english is quite poor.
I mark the post as resolved but I’ll be glad to help anyone with the same issue.
